Donald H. Rowe, publisher of The Wall
Street Digest and creator of The Wall Street Profit System 2010

Donald H. Rowe is the publisher of The Wall Street
Trader, Breakout Stocks Alert Service and the award-winning
Wall Street Digest, now in its 30th year of publication. He is
also the Chairman of the Board of Carnegie Asset Management, one of
Wall Street's most respected investment and financial management groups.
A graduate of George Washington University, Mr.
Rowe is an economic and investment advisor to bankers, brokers and investors
in the United States and 29 foreign countries. He developed the Inflation
Cycle Theory of Investing, which has become the standard investment
strategy of the investment community. His company's Wealth Management
Division specializes in accumulating and preserving wealth for clients
on six continents.
Mr. Rowe also created The Wall Street Profit
System 2010, a 5-step data tracking system designed
to generate annual returns of at least 26 percent. In addition, Mr. Rowe developed
the Carnegie Timing Model, which measures five market-sensitive
areas: valuation, sentiment, monetary policy, interest rates and money
flow.
Mr. Rowe is a frequent speaker at investment seminars
and a popular guest on radio and television financial programs across
the nation.
